Martial art classes for teachings the art of Self-Defence and Self-Discipline :
One of the central tenets of all forms of the martial arts is an absolute focus on self-discipline. Today's children are so accustomed to receiving instant gratification that lessons in self - restraint and discipline aren't always easy to come by. Children through martial art training, however, are continually reminded of how essential self-discipline is. Martial art teaches children not to attack but to defend when necessary. In the School, all the students up to class X are given compulsory training of martial art on a regular basis to train them for their own self - defence and self - discipline.
YOGA :
Yoga is a regular & mandatory part of the curriculum. The students from Classes II to XII take part in yoga on a regular basis & are also evaluated for their performance as a part of the extra co-curricular activities.
